Dana “Chip” Percy Jr. – Owner/ President

As president of Percy’s, Chip remains significantly involved in all aspects of the business from head of estimating to oversight of management and financials.  With over 35 years experience in excavation, Chips overall knowledge of the business and industry provides a strong foundation for the success and vision of the company.

Richard Grogan – Estimator, Project Manager

Richard has been with Percy’s for over 10 years, bringing with him over 30 years in the construction industry and an extensive background in project management, cost estimating, conceptual estimating, cost control, and project scheduling. Richard has estimated and managed projects of various scopes and sizes up to $2.5 million including resort lodging and facilities, supermarkets, residential homes and projects, health care facility upgrades, schools, apartment housing, municipal sewer and water infrastructure as well as State of Vermont infrastructure improvements and Federal Army Reserve projects.  Richard’s commitment, professionalism, and communication skills are an asset to both the projects on which he works and the team with whom he works.

Steve Chambers – Estimator, Project Manager

Steve brings overall knowledge and experience of the industry on both the contractor and customer side. He is compassionate with his team, organized and dedicated. He works closely with customers and is dedicated to providing the highest quality of work for the right price. His amiable personality makes him a great asset to the team and company. Steve is able to manage all aspects of work from residential to commercial, both large and small.

Keith Christianson – Project Foreman

Keith brings over 40 years of experience in the industry.  He is compassionate with his team, organized and dedicated.  Keith has experience in all aspects of the field in various scopes and sizes up to $3 million, including resort lodging and infrastructure, municipal infrastructure and Federal Army reserve projects.  He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the field from layout to implementation and is a mentor to his team.

Dean Judkins – Project Foreman

Dean brings with him over 15 years experience in the construction industry working on various projects ranging from $20,000 to $500,000. Dean’s pleasurable disposition, commitment to providing the highest quality of work, organization and professionalism are an asset to the company, and the team.

Larry Royer – Project Foreman

Larry has over 35 years of experience in both private and commercial sectors of the industry.  Larry is amiable, flexible, organized and dedicated to providing the highest quality of work to the customer, company and the team.
